The collection of the Museum of Russian-German Cultural History mainly contains everyday objects such as tools, clothes, dishes or coins. Furthermore, paintings and sculptures from the 20th century are part of the collection. All objects relate to the Russian-German history of the past 300 years.
Objects that are currently not on display can be found in our archive. Due to conservatory reasons, it is not publicly accessible. For research, however, we gladly provide insight into our inventory. In the reading room of our library, an inspection of the objects is possible. It is also possible to produce a photographical reproduction of the especially delicate objects.
We are currently working on an online-catalogue with a search tool that allows internet access for research.
