Library

The library stock contains over 11,000 titles on the history and culture of the Russian-Germans. In addition there are works on the history of Russia, Germany and Eastern Europe in general. The collection mainly comprises literature, magazines and newspapers. A smaller part of literature from prose and poetry, which is connected with the collective memory of the Russian-German community, supplements the scientific stock.

Most books are freely accessible in the present stock. Newspapers and magazines as well as special documents are stored, they can be viewed by appointment. The library provides work space for visitors and a copier. For interested users an online catalog with a search function will soon be available on the website.
